Artisan Sweets

May 23, 2009

I finally got the chance to pop by Artisan Sweets today, and at 45 minutes to closing the place was still bustling with customers enjoying their afternoon tea, others placing cake orders, still others collecting their cake orders and a few like me who just stopped by to pick up a few sweet treats =) It looks like Eileen’s business is doing great, and I’m so happy for her! And for us, because now we get to enjoy her wonderful baking anytime we want.

Here is the store front…

And some pretty things I eyed through the window.

Here’s the lovely chef serving her customers, and on the right are pictures of her creations adorning the wall.

And here she is hard at work finishing an order:

Delightful things everywhere…

And behind the display window are albums full of pictures of the amazing things the chef has made. Here’s one, of a most incredible muffin, and another of an even more incredible wedding cake:

I picked up some muffins, macaroons, mini financiers and chocolate tarts, and left a happy woman =)

Go visit! It really is inspiring. 32 Holland Grove Road.
